VisionLoft Stutz Day Of Wedding Coordination Services
VisionLoft Stutz Day Of Wedding Coordination service is designed for the couple who have completed all their wedding plans and want a professional to execute these plans on their wedding day. Our day of wedding planning service begins two weeks out. You will be supported by someone who works at the VisionLoft Events facility and understand the space well!
We tie any loose ends so you will be at ease. We will conduct the ceremony and reception according to your plans and specifications so that your special day is memorable. On your wedding day, we will be your direct line of communication for family, the wedding party, guests and vendors. Our team will communicate with and guide your vendors for set up according to your timeline.
Provide personal vendor referral list to make planning simplified
Up to three onsite meetings
Assist with layout creation and finalize with floor plan
Create timelines timeline – food, dancing, speeches, cake cutting, last call, first dance
Assist with vendor deliver such as floral company, rentals, DJ and catering - coordinate timely deliveries
Table decor setup upon request
Distribute Final Payment & Gratuities to Vendors (paid by client)

In her spare time, she loves spending time with her family and dogter (dog daughter), CoCo. She also enjoys being outside, .going to dog parks with Coco, and working out/staying active.
